The traditions and styles of their musical heritage include concert forms like choro, which features violins, woodwinds and piano; samba drumming, which is the melding of the European marching drum corps and African drumming; and jazz music that blends samba rhythms with the Afro-Portugese sounds of bossa nova.

service and the thousands before them, that we are able to write, perform and
record our music. May God bless you all and keep you safe from harm.
Allow me to apologize for the lack of a newsletter in the month of May. Nothing
would have made me happier than to write one but an extended delay in receiving
the demo (7 weeks) made everything grind to a screeching halt. But alas, the
wait is over. We now have the demo in hand and will be sharing it with everyone
