Love Is All There Is in a special
concert taking place at The Stratford Festival Marquee on Monday, August 28 from
7:30 till 9:30 pm
Ms.Ashby-Craft’s new album is a concept album and all 12 songs explore a
different dimension of Love.
Lyrically the songs deal with different issues such as in the song “You Are My
Woman/You Are My Man†talks about the love that develops in a marriage after the
honeymoon is over.
The song “A Love Unknown†deals with a love that should have been but never
was.Ms.Ashby-Craft’s love of animals comes out in “Memories Of You†which talks
about raising an orphaned baby raccoon. Or there’s a longing love in “Loving
From A Distance†dedicated to the men and woman who serve as peacekeepers. Also
there’s the love between two close friends when one of them is dealing with a
life threating condition in the song “We Will Find A Wayâ€. The rest of the songs
deal with other kinds of love.
