Award-winning composer, songwriter, performer Jennifer Cutting recently completed work on her latest song "Fall Leaves Fall" with producer Blake Althen at the Human Factor studio. The song will be the lead cut on the Hungry For Music Christmas compilation "Holiday Feast", which provides funding for the organization's programs for inner city children.

Jennifer had already worked Human Factor on her latest CD "Ocean: Songs for the Night Sea Journey" which was co-produced by Blake. The album went on to sweep the 19th Annual Washington Area Music Awards, ("WAMMIES"), including Album of the Year, Songwriter of the Year, New Artist of the Year, Musician of the Year, and Best Contemporary Folk Recording.

Jennifer Cutting later came to Human Factor with the Hungry for Music Christmas project to lay down the arrangement, the orchestration, the sounds and instrumentation using Logic and Vienna Symphonic Library. After the arrangement was recorded and a solid foundation laid, Jennifer sang the "scratch tracks" in for the vocal part. Blake also provided all the mixing on 110 tracks of virtual instruments, vocal tracks, and live instrument tracks.

Scott Reiss, founder and Co-director of Hesperus, brought his recorder over (sardune and recorder - again check google for correct spelling of sardoon) to the Human Factor studio and laid down the whistle/flute-like parts. Other live musicians on the track included Annie Haslam, lead singer with the English classical rock band 'Renaissance', Irish-American group Touchstone's co-founder Zan McLeod on bazuki, and Mary Chapin Carpenter producer John Jennings on drums and guitar.
